Phone Repairman has been fixing devices in Muswellbrook since 2014. We are not a small JB Hi-Fi — we are a device services business that happens to sell hardware as part of the service.

What we are

A repair shop with B2B muscle.

Phone Repairman is the trading name for a Muswellbrook-based device repair and IT services business. We started as an iPhone repair shop in 2014 and grew with the town — first phones, then tablets, then laptops, then gaming consoles. Today, we hold OEM authorised-agent status with HP, Acer and Lexmark, and a direct service partnership with Epson.

What that means for customers: warranty work for those brands is routed through us via the AWA / ARA partner network, so machines stay in the Hunter instead of being shipped to a city service centre. It's the same coverage as factory service, with a local number and a face to talk to.

We are also the field-service arm for MSPs and OEM warranty channels operating across the Upper Hunter. If you run an IT business out of Newcastle, Maitland or further afield and need hands on the ground in Muswellbrook, Singleton or Scone — that's us.
